Brandon Morgado did a great job. He kept in touch throughout the day. Gave me the service update link through text message. Which didn’t update though, BUT he did reach out by phone AND took my calls throughout the day. Gave me the service update link through text message. There was one little tiny spot left on backseat, I did not mention it because I will just get it out myself. Other than that my car was perfect when I picked up (I had just thoroughly cleaned it) I had updated to a newer phone & my link to car audio system was all messed up & he even offered to help with that before I left. Wouldn’t hesitate to ASK for him as my service advisor for my car next time. I can’t rate other people due to only being there one other time for oil change since I’ve had this car. But did go there many times previously for my Honda Accord. More

I had a recall so I made an appointment for 8:00. I was told that it would take a while because they had to remove the front seat. I was told that I may be there for the better part of the day.
