Even though I had to wait a long time because there were so many other customers , Ryan treated me respectfully and was kind and professional. Jayvon was was a great help from the very beginning. I was not impressed with Ryan, who seemed frustrated/upset that I was going to wait for my husband's car to be serviced. His response was" you know it's going to be several hours before it's done.". I don't need that kind of response just because I'm a woman. One more reason why I don't car for Honda. Jayvon turned the interaction into something very proactive and customer friendly. He stamped "waiting" in several places on the work order. So here's another suggestion: howabout more plugs for people with cellphones. My cellphone went down to 29% while I waited from 8:30 until 1145 am. No cold bottled water for customers waiting?! Why is that? Jayvon provided a thorough explanation of all the charges and suggested reasons why the 3 yr old Honda did not pass the state inspection. He was kind, personable, and answered my many questions with warm expertise. I'd go back to him in a minute. Typical dealer/service department. Go in for a free recall and walk out with a $2400 estimate for repairs. One of the items on the estimate was supposed to be taken care of before I bought the car.
