Service Advisor was Juan Alicea and he gets 5 stars, but Service Techs get a 3 at best. They took care of the recalls, but I had an issue with the middle seat going forward past the forward stop. After they supposedly looked at it, I was told that they would have to replace the entire mechanism to the tune of $1,400+. I asked if it could be covered under the warranty, and Luis told me that they wrote to the regional manager to see if it would be covered, but she was on vacation until the following Monday (9/14). Still haven't heard anything. However, in the meantime, I had by brother-in-law check the seat. we removed both middle seats, and he compared the two, and found that a metal piece was bent on the seat that was locked. That was preventing the seat mechanism from moving backward or forward. He bent the piece back into place, and problem solved. Had the techs taken the time to do the same thing, they would have identified the issue. Very disappointed in the techs taking the easy way out and wanting to charge me $1,400! More
