I would really like to find out what happened to try and make sense of it, and why it happened. You are right, an oil change service alone should take no longer than one hour, Is there a way you could please reach back to me so I can figure this out. I assume if you have been coming here for years, you have been happy with the service or you would not come back. We would hate to see you not come back over this one visit. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to respond. I previously went to curry nissan for years with my nissan i have been coming to curr honda for the past 2 plus years. It has always been very fast. I had to ask multiple times when my car would be ready i had a 3pm appt got there at 2:50 pm and left at 4:55pm. Because of the long wait my son was late for his game. This should be made aware of so scheduling can be looked at. No on ehas 2 hours in a day to waste waiting for an oil change. Thank you.
