Even though I had to wait a long time because there were so many other customers , Ryan treated me respectfully and was kind and professional. Jayvon was was a great help from the very beginning. I was not impressed with Ryan, who seemed frustrated/upset that I was going to wait for my husband's car to be serviced. Jayvon turned the interaction into something very proactive and customer friendly. He stamped "waiting" in several places on the work order. So here's another suggestion: howabout more plugs for people with cellphones. My cellphone went down to 29% while I waited from 8:30 until 1145 am. No cold bottled water for customers waiting?! Why is that? Jayvon provided a thorough explanation of all the charges and suggested reasons why the 3 yr old Honda did not pass the state inspection. He was kind, personable, and answered my many questions with warm expertise. I'd go back to him in a minute.
