A very nice crew of people who took very good care of me. My appointment was set, I was a bit late, and when I got there the service manager had me drive it in right away. Honda’s computer system is incompatible with my transponder. I recently experienced bright uncontrolled flashing of the computer system indicators on my dash. The service manager told me that the transponder in my car cannot remain in the position that all cars in Massachusetts are required to be positioned to communicate with the traffic radar on the Massachusetts Turnpike. The transponder has been in this position since I purchased the Honda. The service department did not install the transponder where I was told that it should be but left it to me to perform this task. More
