Finally This was a tricky one, I had made several trips to Curry for this issue. They did a great job brain storming to get it resolved. I finally decided that they should give me a loaner and keep my car until the repair was 100%, It took 5 weeks for a car to become available. This is not a reflection on my service rep. the management needs to give them the tools to succeed. More

OMAR is AMAZING!!!! Every time I am able to work with Omar , he goes above and beyond to guarantee my experience there is awesome. This last visit ,I thought I would have to purchase a new battery. Another dealership stated, a battery would not be in warranty . So I decided to call Curry Honda and I spoke with Omar who was able to assist me with contacting AAA roadside assistance( something I was not informed that I was covered by). Once I reached the location , in less than an hour Omar handed my keys and informed me that my battery was still in warranty and was replaced free of charge!!!!!!! More

First visit went very well My 92 year old mom has a 2004 Accord with 52K miles on it. She moved to the area last year. Her last oil change was only 2,000 miles ago, but in 2017. I drove into the service reception area and I’d apparently been assigned a service advisor Joe Tomaino. Joe listened to my own summary, reviewed the previous service records I brought, and checked out the car. Then he suggested an approach to service that I appreciated. I waited for the car. Joe consulted with me during the service. The whole experience was as professional and friendly as I have encountered in my 50 years of going for auto service. Can’t get better than that! More

Quality service in a timely manner. I needed a problem checked out on short notice and they had me bring it in the same day. A caliper had seized up and they found it and fixed it.
