Great experience! Arnel initially met with us to set up our paperwork and get us comfortable in the waiting area. He explained the changes due to the remodel, including Arnel initially met with us to set up our paperwork and get us comfortable in the waiting area. He explained the changes due to the remodel, including the quiet room which my wife and me thought was wonderful! Before we left, Fernando met with us and answered all our questions. I had a question regarding a letter about possible recall of our vehicle that I received last summer. Fernando researched our vehicle and determined that there was no recall on the vehicle at this time and also provided documentation to back that up. We really appreciated his detail and extra effort to help us feel comfortable. Kudos to both these staff members! More
