Hi Jason, I’m not sure what there’s going to accomplish, but yes I will reach out via email. That said, I’ve told the story, and I’ve been lost as a longtime customer. I was stunned when I was asked “did you write that in there” in an email that was clearly sent by the rep that I spoke to on the phone. It was Christian that asked me that question, but Brandon had already cast doubt on what I was promised, so when I then produced the email stating that my oil change was complimentary, the second accusation of doctoring an email came to be, which doesn’t even make sense. How would I do that? Christian came into the waiting room and accused me, which I’m guessing was at the direction of Brandon, being that Christian is a new employee. As angry as I was, I remained calm and let them come to their own realization that they had really messed up. I will email after posting this, but I want it out there publicly. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way.
