Brandon was helpful and explained things well for my oil change service appointment . Although I did not expect to have so much work done, I agreed to the maintenance work he suggested. My only issue was that he said my wait would be between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It was 3 hours before the work was finished, and the wait seemed interminable. No one informed me of the reason for this, and I had to ask after 2 1/2 hours. Had I known it would be this long, I would have asked for transportation . More

My only reason for not rating them 5 stars is that I thought the cost was high for the routine maintenance service provided. While I've come to expect this from Dealer service centers, the difference is enough to consider going to an independent repair shop. It would have helped if they had provided a detailed breakdown of the materials and labor. Instead I was quoted lump sum for a 24,000 mile check up, which makes it hard to understand the value. More
