bad experience When I went to get an oil change, after the oil change my whole undercarriage was covered in oil and the protective shield was pierced thru and dented When I went to get an oil change, after the oil change my whole undercarriage was covered in oil and the protective shield was pierced thru and dented. Before I got the oil change my tires had good pressure but after my car indicated that I have low pressure. When i came in the next day to talk about what they have done, they didn't want to talk to me and told me to come in tomorrow More

awesome service department i am always greeted by a friendly face and an efficient and quick review of the reason the car is in for service. i have done some stupid things and i am always greeted by a friendly face and an efficient and quick review of the reason the car is in for service. i have done some stupid things and had a few not so bright questions but am always treated with respect and as an intelligent individual. The car is taken in on time, the service department keeps me posted on any issues or delays. There are never surprises on the bill. Never had a problem with any repairs or service and prices are at least reasonable. service is quick. i love the quiet room so i can read while i wait for the car- so thank you for adding that space.
