You should automatically add in any service discount automatically if it is offered online. Reality is I could have gone elsewhere and got the 4 whl alignment done for $79.95 by a reputable competitor. We're paying more for labor when we come to your facility simply because it's a Honda dealership, not because your techs are trained any better than your major competitors on Honda products. You should be more customer oriented and automatically offer them the discounted price(s), and/or make mention to the customer of service specials. Not everyone searches their computer for deals on service. I for one take these failures to promote good customer service when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle. That is why I stopped going to the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle, was their lack of concern for the customer, and more bottom line driven! More
