The actual service was fantastic as usual. However I started the day thinking a 7:30 appointment would have left me a car maybe halfway through the day. If I would have sat there all day I’m sure I wouldn’t have been happy. Still confused as to why it took that long. Outside of that dealing with the team at the counter I have nothing but praise. More
