Curry Honda is my "go to" in regards to me getting my Honda serviced. I've been to Pep Boys and Precision Auto and the experiences aren't the same. Easy Peazy I am writing to express how satisfied my wife and I were with the ease of purchase of our new car. Additionally, the customer service we received was I am writing to express how satisfied my wife and I were with the ease of purchase of our new car. Additionally, the customer service we received was outstanding. This is our first time buying a car via the internet and we were both a bit nervous. We live in Augusta, GA, but were willing to drive the two hours to Atlanta to make this deal. I was searching through various cars and models via USAA/True Car. Roy Neal contacted us as our Salesman. He never pressured us. Never threatened the car was going to sell if we did not buy right away. Just made sure all of our questions were answered. Negotiating was easy. He was able to make an offer on my trade without even seeing it, giving me more than what I was going to even ask for in value. He showed us how to utilize many of the options and made sure we had the Honda apps to watch videos so we remember how to do things, set up our phones, Android Auto, Apple Car, and Honda Link. When it came time to pick up the car, Roy inspected it thoroughly, finding things that neither my wife or I saw on our walk around. He made sure it was delivered in the cleanest condition possible. When we spotted something wrong later that day, he made sure that we would be able to have it taken care of the next time we were in town. VP, the finance person we dealt with is no nonsense. While he has a job to show us warranty options, there was never pressure to buy. While he offered to show us various loans, he realized he was not going to be able to find one that beat what we had, said so, and moved on. He was knowledgeable and made sure we had the information we needed to make the right decision for us. When we need another car we will definitely consider another two hour ride to Curry. More
