She took so much time with me explaining all the benefits of the CR-V, demonstrating I had the best experience with Jie (Jennie) Huang at Curry Honda. She took so much time with me explaining all the benefits of the CR-V, demonstrating the items on the screen in the car, showing me videos, etc. and even helping me download my phonebook into the car's system. Making it Easy I knew the car I wanted--only one at a price I'd consider was on the Curry lot. Bridget gave me all the time in the world to inspect it and drive it. I knew the car I wanted--only one at a price I'd consider was on the Curry lot. Bridget gave me all the time in the world to inspect it and drive it. She went out of her way to be sure the car had no outstanding recalls. I never felt pressured; there were some longish waits because the lot was crowded on Memorial Day (free cookout lunch on the lot in celebration kept me there to close the deal). Curry put this used car on my credit card with no problem, and arranged for title and license in record time. I could have gotten more car at a better price, but paid this dealer a little more for the convenience and fact that, as a major Honda dealer, if I had problems, Curry had incentive to make things right. The sale included a free oil change (actually, 2), and Edmunds 30 day warranty on this used care plus a year long road service policy. More

Fantastic Customer Care On May 21, 2018 my boyfriend ran into a curb and popped the two passenger tires and damaged the wheels on my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I ha On May 21, 2018 my boyfriend ran into a curb and popped the two passenger tires and damaged the wheels on my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I had the car towed to Curry Honda and assumed that the repairs would be covered under my warranty since the car was so new. Unfortunately, I learned that the warranty people do not consider curb damage to be a road hazard and would not cover it. Craig Hollis, once again came to my rescue. In consultation with the owner of Curry Honda it was decided that since my car was so new and that I was such a good customer that Honda would cover the cost of the repairs and also pay for my rental car while the repairs were being made. I am eternally grateful to Craig Hollis and Curry Honda for the generosity and fantastic customer care. More
