I had a recall performed on my fiancé’s car on Saturday, and the technician that worked on the car broke the passenger vent. The dealership claims it was broken before I brought the car in, but we’ve never and the technician that worked on the car broke the passenger vent. The dealership claims it was broken before I brought the car in, but we’ve never had ANY issues with our vents. They then quoted me $600 to have the part replaced and blamed me for it breaking. Would give them 1 star if I could. More
