New car Everyone was great including Mike the Finance Mgr. (my kids really liked him). Unfortunately, although my interaction with Fitz was limited, my brief interaction with him the day I came in to purchase the car he left me with perhaps not wanting to return for services and/or recommend anyone to the dealership. I clearly made a mistake in my calculation, which I owned up to - Fitz in front of my kids was a bit condescending and intimidating to the point where I thought it was better to cancel the whole car deal, per his suggestion - which we did but the urging of my kids, I went forward with the deal (I spent the day with the banks and insurance to guarantee I get the car that day since it was the end of the month and pressure was put on me to buy the car that day otherwise I would have lost the Nissan rebate per Bobby); Fitz was truly unkind in handling my dilemma or my calculation mistake - he was a bit rough - not how I wanted my experience to go and not how I wanted to be treated in front of my kids … my kids were upset and felt bad for me - nevertheless, Fitz had a job to do, I get it, but perhaps a bit of "listening ears' and a bit of "compassion" especially when you have a family in front of you would have been nice (Fitz truly believe I wanted him/dealership to pay for my mistake, I didn't but it would have been nice to be offer a solution then suggestion to cancel the deal). All in all, I am happy with my purchase. More
