First Service Experience After having the car for 3 days and 190 miles and listening to the constant sound during a drive, I needed to have it identified. I talked to a few f After having the car for 3 days and 190 miles and listening to the constant sound during a drive, I needed to have it identified. I talked to a few folks including my Honda salesman who said during a drive that it sounded like a Honda and a relative who has had two Pilots and 2 Crv's who said he had never heard the noise. So I went to Curtiss Ryan's service department and asked for their Honda expert to come take a ride and hear what I thought I heard. After about a miles drive he said that 'these cars are quieter than this and he thought the noise was from a bad wheel bearing. I brought it in at 7 am the next day and picked it up at noon. On the drive home the noise was gone as they did replace a front wheel bearing, and did a multipoint check that helped relieve my skepticism regarding the Pre-Certified check list. Many thanks to Service Advisor Paul Viveiros and that Honda expert who identified the problem as well as all the other employees I interacted with during this seamless service event. More
