We drove 1.5 hours to Curtiss Ryan Honda. Why? Because after many, many hours, phone calls, and visits to other Honda dealerships - we finally found the BIG 3 anyone looks for: HONESTY, FAIR PRICE, & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a day off and after calling around to so many other dealerships and getting the B.S. run around, I called Curtiss Ryan and got Melissa. She was amazing, right from the start. It was so clean and easy, seemed too good to be true. Finance manager was great, too. My husband loves his new SI, and has been to Curtiss Ryan's service dept. twice. They are wonderful, too. I enjoyed the experience of working with Ed Blauvelt to choose a vehicle based upon his knowledge of the vehicle and the way my wife and I were treated. I got the sense that Ed was interested in establishing a customer relationship rather than pressuring me into a sale. He was very knowledgeable and informative before, during and after the sale. He and Kim Ryan worked hard to give us a price that was easy to say yes to and a customer experience that will have me coming back again for my next vehicle. More

I can't say enough good things about my sales person: Terri Gunger. She is the number 1 reason that I get my cars at this dealership. The other person that has been extremely helpful is the service manager: John Houk. He is one of the most knowledgeable people regarding Honda cars. The service department is the "best"! More
