Things normally go smoothly, which is what you would expect for overpriced service. I bought a new Accord here, and I serviced both of my Hondas here for 3 years. But when my older car needed new brakes, which they said would cost $2000, I decided not to do the work and pick up the car. I got slapped with a $175 diagnostics charge for NO WORK done at all to fix the car. Is this how you treat loyal customers? Sorry, I will not be buying my next car from you, and I will not be going to you for service anymore. You just lost a customer.
