I have always been very pleased with the service department here. I know it may be a little more expensive sometimes but worth the care my car has always received. This past time, it was not as expensive as I had expected nor took as long as I was prepared for!

"Everything will be fine here as long as you pay top $$$"

Things normally go smoothly, which is what you would expect for overpriced service. I bought a new Accord here, and I serviced both of my Hondas here for 3 years. But when my older car needed new brakes, which they said would cost $2000, I decided not to do the work and pick up the car. I got slapped with a $175 diagnostics charge for NO WORK done at all to fix the car. Is this how you treat loyal customers? Sorry, I will not be buying my next car from you, and I will not be going to you for service anymore. You just lost a customer.

I have only ever taken my car here for servicing. The Staff are friendly and professional. The waiting room is clean and nice. I recommend going during the weekday as weekends can be very busy. However the team works well with getting you in and out as quick as possible. Wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.

"Excellent and Very enjoyable Honda service experience!"

Dee (service advisor) greeted me within minutes upon entering service dept.She asked me what service my Honda needed doing? She got service order started. While I had a very enjoyable time in a clean waiting room with beverages and snacks(TV'S) I left the service dept. in less than 90 minutes being there. I had the opportunity to interface with Bob Hesse on November 11th, 2019. He helped my sister and I with a very stressful situation. Bob's honesty and integrity turned a very challenging personal event into a significantly much more manageable event. We appreciate the kindness and professionalism that he showed us on that day. He represents your dealership very well. If you hire people like Bob then you have to be one of the better dealerships in the area. Service team is great. I came in for flat tire. thought I was going to pay several hundred of dollars. The rep informed me no out of pocket expenses as the majority was covered under my sentinal plan and the remainder was picked up by the dealer ship.

Courteous, professional, and efficient. Service center waiting area is full of amenities(WiFi, coffee, snacks, etc.). Service personnel keep you updated on the progress of your service and when to expect completion. Work was completed earlier than expected. Highly recommend.
