I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kaitlyn Nolan for her years of consistent, thoughtful, accurate and insightful support for my Honda cars (both purchased at Curtiss-Ryan Honda). Kaitlyn embodies the best of the “family-owned business” ethic. She helped me keep my 2006 Honda Accord going for a long time by advising me of needed services ,current sales/coupons, and reasonable solutions to minor problems. When I needed a “new” pre-owned car, it was Kaitlyn who referred me to a wonderful salesperson at Curtiss-Ryan, who guided me to my present already-well-loved Honda Civic. Through this challenging “time of the pandemic”, Kaitlyn has reassured me with regard to safety procedures at Curtiss-Ryan, and explained them carefully. Naturally, it has been Kaitlyn guiding me to make sure that I keep up with the correct service dates, appropriate check-ups, and required maintenance on my Civic! She makes sure that my very minor concerns are checked on when I come in for my oil changes. In addition, I have had to call on several occasions to ask simple questions about my Civic. When Kaitlyn is available, she answers immediately and always has good advice to give. If she is busy with other customers, she returns my calls on the very same day!
Kudos to Curtiss-Ryan for choosing such a qualified service representative to help customers maintain and enjoy their cars for as long as possible. When I call for an appointment, I always ask for Kaitlyn, with confidence and trust in her competence!
