Quick & Easy Service I wasn't exactly sure what to expect when going in for service this time (because of the Covid-19 situation), but I was pleasantly surprised. Eve I wasn't exactly sure what to expect when going in for service this time (because of the Covid-19 situation), but I was pleasantly surprised. Everybody was wearing masks (including me), and they had face shields at the service counter for additional protection. I showed up on time for my appointment and was greeted quickly with my paperwork in hand. The waiting area was clean, with plenty of seating and space to maintain social distancing, and they even had hand sanitizer available next to the remote for the TV. Nice touch. However, I didn't have to wait long, as my car was ready in just a bit over an hour. Great service, as always. More

I continue to always take my car to this dealership for excellent service appointments. The overall experience with Cypress Coast and my Ford Focus has cured my former need to drive a Mercedes:-)! No more $300+ for each part on my car, no $300+ fee for regular servicing of my car. Excellent car, excellent mileage ( 34.9 mpg average ). I won't be going back to Daimler-Benz, which makes my beloved grandfathers happy! More
