While we have recently undergone a staff change, we understand this is not an acceptable reason for falling short of ensuring you are fully supported. I personally reached out to you regarding this matter and have already ordered the mats and console tray you mentioned. Additionally, we have sent you a check to address the monetary aspect of this issue. Typically, when a vehicle is traded in, our porters clean it, and it is sent out for detailing. As part of our process, we ask customers to conduct a double inspection before leaving to ensure nothing has been left behind. However, we recognize that this process didn’t work as it should in your case, and for that, we are truly sorry. We also want to acknowledge the lack of follow-up on your salesperson's part. Please rest assured that this has been addressed internally, as your satisfaction remains our top priority.
