Turning things around — Exemplary service from Corey - SILVANA

Turning things around — Exemplary service from Corey Owens and Alex Mesa I want to leave this review to be completely fair and give credit where it is due. While my initial experience with the dealership had significant complications and frustrating moments, the outcome was completely turned around thanks to Corey Owens and Alex Mesa. Both of them displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, honesty, and genuine empathy. They took the time to listen to my concerns, address the issues with full transparency, and act in complete good faith. In an industry where trust is everything, Corey and Alex showed true loyalty to customer satisfaction, handling my situation with kindness, respect, and utmost care. Their dedication to customer service was truly exemplary. Although the process started on the wrong foot, Corey and Alex restored my peace of mind and made sure every single promise was honored. I am deeply grateful for their honesty and outstanding support. I recommend this dealership solely because of Corey Owens and Alex Mesa, as they are honest, transparent, and truly dedicated to their customers. Silvia

A big thank you to Joe, JP and Brian for putting us into - JP50

A big thank you to Joe, JP and Brian for putting us into the brand new Santa Fe Calligraphy that my wife and I wanted! All three gents went way above and beyond to get us the exact car we wanted, no matter what it took! I would absolutely recommend the Castle Hyundai team to anyone!

Sales experience could have been better. - B. E. Bates

Sales experience could have been better. I was transparent with dealers up front that I was motivated to make a purchase in a 7-10 day window. Gerald's staff was very responsive with sending me a quote; however, when I told them where two competing dealerships were for their price, they said I could bring the quote in to have them beat it by $500. Unfortunately, my time is limited, and I was trying to get most of the work done via e-mail so I could come in and sign and drive. I told the salesperson what broad number they needed to be under, but only got the "bring in the quote and we'll beat it." I don't intend to waste a bunch of time getting jerked around in the typical "I need to go talk to someone" fashion that you always encounter when you're in the dealership. Had they been easier to do business with, they actually would have probably earned my business. Instead, I chose to buy from a competitor who was willing to do all paperwork via e-mail, and valued my wife and my time to come in just to sign the physical papers.

This was by far the most amazing experience. - Atkinsshabrevia

This was by far the most amazing experience. William supported me through the entire process. No false promises. We laughed and joked the entire time. Though the process was long, I never felt pressured or unseen. He was beyond reassuring and informative. Could not have had a better experience!!!!!!!!!!! The entire team was amazing.
