I’ll be honest. My experience BEFORE this one was a horrible experience. I leased a car through a salesman that lied to me just to make a sale. I hated the car I got, and after 3 years when I went to trade it in, I found out he had signed me to a 5 year lease instead of the 36 month we had discussed. I didn’t know what I was going to do, but Stacey Snead at D&M Leasing not only earned my trust, she went above and beyond to ensure that THIS experience was a five star experience! She found me more than one of the type of car I was looking for, and helped me through every step of the process. She definitely earned my loyalty and business this time and in the future! 10/10 would recommend. More

D&M makes the lease process so easy. They took their time to make sure we understood the whole process from start to finish. He helped me figure out the financing so I was able to keep my payments affordable, which took some creativity. When Matt brought me my new vehicle, he didn't leave until I had it all set up and knew exactly how all the features worked. He's checked in with us multiple times since the purchase was completed and stopped back by the house to assist with our garage door opener set up. I was assigned Matt Garza as your representative. He was very polite, honest and informative. He was obviously well trained and knew the leasing business. I had leased a truck from D &M several years He was very polite, honest and informative. He was obviously well trained and knew the leasing business. I had leased a truck from D &M several years ago. I was much more impressed with Matt than the gentleman who helped me years ago. Matt answered all my questions though I had few as he covered most everything about leasing from your company. The entire process was less than a week which really impressed me. I was able to sell my truck to your company and Matt also picked the truck up. It was very quick and easy making the title transfer. I am very happy with my leased vehicle. Matt spent about an hour explaining all the features and even helping me set up the Nissan app. I’m 72 so not real computer savvy. I feel he went above and beyond what he needed too. He was very honest and upfront with me. He kept me updated during the entire process. Matt represented your company very well. My youngest son helped turn the truck over to Matt. He was also very impressed and may look into leasing a vehicle through Matt. Again I couldn’t be happier with the smooth transition from receiving my new rental to the sell of my Silverado. D&M has an excellent and honest employee that they should be proud of.
