From the initial ordering process (which was started with another salesperson late last year) all the way through delivery, Jason Brideau provided exceptional service. Once our order sheet landed with Jason, he was truly amazing at keeping us in the loop on the build progress. Even with the limited information Toyota released, he consistently did his best to provide updates, which we really appreciated. As the arrival date drew closer, Jason ensured all the lease paperwork was sent over in an organized manner and took the time to thoroughly explain every option, making the process clear and easy to understand. The delivery itself was a wonderful surprise! Jason went above and beyond by bringing the vehicle right to me at the soccer fields while I was watching my oldest play. Seeing our new Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid in person, safe and sound, was such a great moment. Jason then took the time to walk me through all the key features and patiently explained the technology. His professionalism throughout the entire experience was truly impressive. When the time comes to purchase a vehicle again, I will absolutely be seeking out Jason Brideau first. Thank you for such a smooth and positive leasing experience! More
