Review for D&M Leasing – Buyer Beware Leased a vehicle from D&M Leasing through salesman Aereal C., and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car was sold to me with a faulty seatbe from D&M Leasing through salesman Aereal C., and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car was sold to me with a faulty seatbelt — a major safety issue — and for over a month and a half, I’ve been strung along with empty promises and no resolution. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, the vehicle is still sitting at a mechanic shop with no clear timeline for repair. The service shop can’t get a response from D&M, and now my car is just sitting there, undrivable. To make matters worse, when I called to speak with a manager about returning the vehicle (which they previously claimed would be an “easy return process”), the receptionist hung up in my face with a full attitude. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This company has violated multiple verbal and written agreements, including: • Failing to ensure a safe, drive-ready vehicle • Failing to follow through on promised repairs • Avoiding the return process they originally guaranteed As a Black woman, I cannot ignore the feeling that I’m being treated differently and dismissed in a way that feels racially motivated. No one should have to fight this hard to be treated with basic respect — let alone for their safety. If you’re considering leasing from D&M, think twice. My trust in this company has been completely broken, and I will be pursuing further steps to hold them accountable. More
