The best experience ever! When we called D&M Leasing, we were in a pickle. We had no idea what kind of car we wanted, we had no idea what was wrong with our current car, but we When we called D&M Leasing, we were in a pickle. We had no idea what kind of car we wanted, we had no idea what was wrong with our current car, but we needed a vehicle very quickly. Chad was very patient and listened to our situation. He asked questions about our lifestyle and our budget and suggested the absolute perfect car for us! He found our car and by the end of the day and gave us an awesome deal - and within 2 days we were in a car that was the most perfect car we could have ever have! We are in a 3 year lease and one and a half years into it, we couldn't be happier! Chad has answered every single phone call every single time! As a matter of fact, while on vacation in a very remote part of Texas, the check engine light came on. Not knowing the area, or what was wrong with the car, we called Chad on a Saturday evening. Chad answered his phone gave us great advice and Martin is fine but we had done. As soon as we got home, he called to check on us and check on the car and suggested a place to take it to. I took it there and lo and behold it turned out to be a recall from Ford and was fixed with absolutely no problem, no charge, and no inconvenience to us whatsoever! Chad's customer service is absolutely incredible! More
