I contacted him on a Thursday with exactly what I wanted and he was able to find the exact model and we sealed the deal on Saturday. The whole process absolutely painless. I think I took longer deciding on which Subaru I wanted then it did to sign the paperwork. Apparently, Subaru XV Crosstreks are a hot deal right now and very hard to find in the color and model I wanted. Mike took his time to explain the various leasing options to me and my husband and I found him to be very honest and forthcoming. With Trey at D&M he didn't say much until I finished my story and after that he went looking for what I wanted. My social security number (SSN) wasn't even asked for until it was absolutely needed, and I loved that. He wanted to take care of my needs first before venturing out with anything else. He gave me a lot of options and in the end I had to put a hold on the car buying processes and he kindly bowed out. My car broke down and so I had to get a new one and called Trey back. He found want I was looking for and got it for me at my asking price. He even drove the car to me because he knew I didn't have the means to get around. We had tried to find that vehicle and only found 2 in the entire DFW area, and both were over 30 miles away. Mike went to work. At 4pm he called back, had the car, guided up upward on the trim level due to residual value issues with the other (neither of the two other dealers even mentioned this fact to us), and asked us to meet him at 10:30 am the next day.
