Not helpful, Has taken advantage I had to get the Not helpful, Has taken advantage I had to get the manager to assist me with repairs to my car He said he bought my truck for his nephew; however Not helpful, Has taken advantage I had to get the manager to assist me with repairs to my car He said he bought my truck for his nephew; however my dad got notice from state farm insurance that the truck was in a wreck The truck is also still in my dad’s name. Got notice from the state that that was never changed. Whatever he did with my truck, not sure it sure was not for his nephew that needed help, and i quote " don’t you thinks that it would be the Christian thing to do to give someone that does not have much a chance to have a nice truck? " huu that’s odd I also believe i asked the manager to not have Daniel contact me again for anything if i need to ask about my car, or need to trade it in, i will speak with the service manage as I had to in order to get any help with the issues of my car. The service with the manager, interesting, after multiple calls to get her to help me, she finally was able to get something done with the passenger door that was broke due to the car being wrecked. This was informed to me by service king collation repair. I think this will be the only time i ever lease a car, at least with the customer service that was given to me by Daniel Carrington by the way I fixed the leaking problem along with my dad’s help, nothing that your company did. Happy with the car and monthly payments. However, felt rushed with finance representative who stated "we need to close this deal or I'm going to give the tax (incentive/credit) to someone else. Customers don't like to hear ultimatums when it comes to such a large transaction. Also, the tint job was poor and is already bubbling. Tint jobs should be perfect on an Infiniti product. More

Between myself, my husband, my daughter/son-in-law and son/daughter-in-law, Brad has provided outstanding service in finding all of us the right vehicle, which total 10 vehicles in the last five years.
