This was, without a shadow of a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Brad Turner was amazing to work with. He was ridiculously prompt, flexible, resourceful and friendly. I called him on a Wednesday with my car preferences, made him aware of the fact that my identity had been stolen so getting financed might be an issue, but what I've now learned is typical Brad fashion, by that very Friday afternoon I was driving my slightly used, though in brand new condition, 2011 Mercedes Benz C300.
