My 3rd time leasing with D&M and it was a horrible experience. Josh assured me that tax rebates with the new car would zero out any negative equity with my previous lease as I was getting out horrible experience. I took him on his word since I was a returning customer and had no reason to think otherwise. Got to the point of signing the paper work and noticed a large discrepancy with the gross capitalized cost. I refused to sign the paper work until I saw the itemization of which there was a large amount of negative equity being carried over, that very thing he assured was not. I have referred a few people to D&M but that will not be the case going forward. UPDATE 8/8/2012 After posting this review for Josh I was immediately contacted by the President Joe Graber. After talking with him I have to say that he cares about his company and wants to do the right thing. I would have to recommend this dealer to my friends and family, just not this salesman.
