Enjoyable Process I spent hours at the Ford dealership in Grapevine and had just about the worst experience possible. The sales guy messed with me and tried his hardest I spent hours at the Ford dealership in Grapevine and had just about the worst experience possible. The sales guy messed with me and tried his hardest to take a deal that was not anywhere near what I wanted. We left after the salesman actually argued with me why he thought I was stupid for not taking his deal. My wife and I got up and left, thinking that we were not going to be getting a new truck anytime soon. I had heard about D&M on WBAP for years, so I took a chance, and sent them a message online, and Wallace called me within 15 mins. We spoke on the phone for nearly an hour, determining if leasing was best for me, turns out it was. In that hour, we talked about what kind of vehicle I wanted. I gave him the exact specs down to the running boards. I told him what the absolute highest number was on my budget, and he said "OK, got it." I was a little caught off guard when he said "OK, let me go to work and find your truck." It couldn't be that easy. I mean I spent four hours in the Ford Dealership and walked away with nothing. Wallace told me he would call me back at a certain time, he did. He found the truck I was looking for in a few different options and allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted. The best part was, He offered to deliver my new truck to my house. I didn't have to go to a dealership at all. He delivered it, we signed the papers, he took the keys for my old truck and that was it. Done. The entire deal, from start to finish, was done in about 36 hours. Initial call was on Tuesday morning and delivery was Wednesday evening. He came in well under the budget number I gave him initially. I am actually looking forward to the next time we work together in a few years. More

D & M Leasing was even better than I could ever imagine. No, I did not come with an 800 credit score and $5000, but this company worked harder for me than any company I have ever encountered. They went to work immediately and did not stop until they had found Everything I wanted (and More). The car is brand new, leather interior and Beautiful. However, the star goes to Richard and his company for making getting a new car, easier than anyone would believe. I feel I have found my forever car dealer. Thanks to Everyone for considering my needs, my wishes, and mostly for putting me first!! I am truly grateful. More
