Dean was nothing short of perfect throughout our entire search and research and hesitation. He was thoughtful and patient and always flexible trying to get us the right vehicle for our family. Believe it or not, even after we thought we found the right vehicle we realized that we wished we had upgraded to the next trim level. This is where Dean went way above and beyond negotiating with Honda on our behalf to get us the upgraded trim level the very next day. Cannot say enough about this patient and understanding family man. He was a great partner through this entire process and I can't imagine going to a traditional dealership anytime soon.
