Kept hearing about D&M Leasing from online advertisements as well as friends and colleagues. I went online and heard back from my rep., Dennis Goodwin within 15 minutes. Dennis was really nice, listened to what I wanted in a car, my goals as well as budget. I never felt pressured into anything. This first started on Monday and with 5 days Dennis pulled up in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a smile and hug. I felt Dennis as a close family friend then my car representative. Best Leasing Experience Ever I recommend D&M leasing to anybody looking for a new car. Ben Wilhite was the leasing manager that helped me and he really made the experience as positive as possible. I was very cautious and had a lot of questions about leasing again, not to mention very indecisive about my next car choice. Ben worked with me every day to land on the perfect number within in my budget while also finding me the perfect car. He even brought 4 SUVS for me to test drive at the D&M leasing offices and then brought a 5th car to my work last minute before making my final decision. With his advice, I chose the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I couldn't be happier. Ben not only drove the Jeep to my work, but he also took my previous car to the body shop to have some repairs completed before buy out. This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
