He went through all the vehicles available. (We ultimately chose the RX450h without a lot of unnecessary extras). The management worked with us on price and didn't add a "market adjustment" though there were a couple of "value adds." The finance person didn't push too hard and the paperwork was done quite expediently. And they delivered the car to our door and took all the time we wanted to explain the driver interface. Stephen truly did earn our business. All in all one of the best dealership experiences ever (from a guy who has bought a lot of cars). More
