Noelle was great. She helped me secure a car that met my needs. She listened to what I wanted and worked to accommodate that. When picking up the car, Art explained the features of the car in detail. Even my father-in-law, who purchased from another Lexus dealership said they only spent 10 minutes explaining the features of the car and how to use them.
