My certified sales consultant is Mike Tierney and he has made my experience a pleasure. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. I appreciate that he just didn't try to sell me what was on the lot and encouraged me to look for what I wanted. I was very happy that the car for me ended up being from Mike!!! When I picked up the car it wasn't just sign here and goodbye. Mike took the time to go over the workings of the car with me so that I was comfortable in it when I left. I love it!!!! My financial service consultant is Julius Kovacs. He also is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took me through the financing and available additional accessories to make sure I had everything I wanted for my car. He made buying my Lexus so easy!! I got a young low mileage CPO Lexus RX 350 with 0% financing!!! It is a gorgeous car and I am thrilled! Thank you to Mike and Julius for making my first Lexus purchase a positive and FUN one!!! Mike was helpful and professional over the phone, and I made an appointment to come in to see him. Our meeting and test drive was a great experience, and I greatly appreciated that Mike did not treat me like a clueless female. I ended up trading in my older Lexus for a newer model, and Mike made the entire paperwork procedure quite painless. There is nothing annoying or 'used car salesman' about Mike Tierney. Cora Brichta... Extraordinary Service! I was fortunate enough to work with Cora during the last service of my SC430 and she is by FAR the most conscientious Service Rep I have worked with. She was able to answer most of my questions, and for those she couldn't she followed up with calls and answers for everything I needed to know. She is not only pleasant, she has one of those personalities that makes you feel as if you've known her for years and you're in good hands. And trust me, you are. She kept me apprised of the servicing of my car throughtout the day and was a pleasure to deal with! Thank you Cora! He will sit with you for as long as it takes, go out of his way for you and work until you get approved. He is very organized and has great patience. He explained every detail down to the smallest and made sure we understood everything before walking away. If there was a problem with anything he jumped right in to help you. He seems to be a trustworthy and intelligent man. You can tell he's got many years of experience under his belt by the way he works with his customers. Definitely a great guy and made the whole buying experience fun (very funny man) and pleasant. Carl also another great gentleman. He was very patient and HONEST during the entire process. Why Jack Daniels Makes Everything Better Before I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, I had spent several months exploring every car company I could find within my budget. I had been to several Before I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, I had spent several months exploring every car company I could find within my budget. I had been to several dealers, with a plan to buy a used car. I had test driven a few, liked a few, even liked some of the people I had met to the point where I wanted to give them the business... But I didn't love the car. Then I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, because I told myself that I wanted to go check out the ES Series. As I was on my way to it in the show room, I spotted the IS250... And then of course, as car dealership destiny dictates, I was introduced to my salesman- Jack Daniels. So after a pleasant conversation surrounding solution based selling, Jack and I hit the road. He knew everything about the car, including the most important part to me- function and controls. He was able to walk me through navigation, all of the features, managing the radio and media, and safety among other things. I could see how much value there was in driving this vehicle. Jack's passion for life and driving Lexus was just the icing on the cake and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The car sold itself- that same car I test drove is now my baby- a brand new Lexus IS250. After I made an easy decision it was time to get down to purchase and finance options. Julius Kovacs and Christopher Scatterday absolutely went to bat for me, and not only made this deal happen, but got me a phenomenal finance rate. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had there. I've been back several times to thank these guys bc I can't do it enough!! Mike Tierney was friendly, knowledgable about his product, and made me feel good about buying a pre-owned car from Lexus of Mt. Kisco. Lexus is legendary for their service experience after the sale, but I can say the experience begins even before they can count on you as a customer. Based on the ease with which I located and eventually bought this car, I will definitely recommend that anyone in the market should go see Mike. More

He was not stuck on selling me a new 2014 car. When he noted that my requirements did not justify a brand new car, he showed me a certified pre-owned one that suited me fine. Not pushy at all, Mike took me through the process with ease. When we faced a hurdle, he described his opinion and then left the decision where it belonged, with me. Let me give you an example. I wondered if the car would fit in my garage and asked him for the dimensions. He said, "Why don't you drive it home and find out?" When I was about ready to start my test drive, I asked Mike, "Can we get the windshield cleaned before we go?" He said, "Why don't we get the car washed here at the dealership like you can anytime you're nearby?" (And anytime you bring the car in for service.) The price we arrived at was below similar rates quoted in my area. Mike was also very helpful in explaining all the features of my new car. He's a champ and a great guy to do business with. Jeff Emch was the business manager who wrote up the contract with me. Although I had less contact with Jeff, he was competent, professional, and pleasant. When I raised a question about the power of attorney, he made a suggestion, I wrote it in, and initialed it. No problem. As you can tell I was very impressed by this dealership. The building is spacious and attractive with nice customer waiting areas. The service areas were spotless. This is a class act. More
