ANOTHER GOOD DEAL AT DCH ACADEMY HONDA Today I took my niece to DCH ACADEMY HONDA because her current lease was expiring and she wanted another Odyssey lease. Our family has been dealing with this dealership for more than 12 years with excellent results. The salesperson we usually deal with had retired so I checked Dealerrater for another highly rated salesperson and came across Paul Papas. Paul has been with DCH over 20 years and you could tell once we met him. Paul is very professional and very pleasant to work with. He asked what our needs were as far as model and colors and had a car brought over from the storage yard for us to test drive. He went over all the features and explained them all. We negotiated a price that was more than fare with Paul and sales manager Anthony. No pressure whatsoever at anytime. We then met with Vipin Rishi the business manager to complete the paper work. Vipin was also very professional in every respect, answering all our questions and not pressuring us at all. Paul then delivered the car which had been washed and cleaned. All and all a very pleasant transaction. Thank you Paul, Anthony and Vipin. Anyone would be doing themselves a favor by giving this dealership a visit when in the market for a Honda product. More

I got a very fair quote from the start (but please do your own research and understand where you should be at whether you lease or buy). Everything was broken down on the deal sheet and he went over everything I didn’t know on the car itself. He was able to answer all my questions and went from A to B.
