Fixed 2 out of 3 issues I left my car there for a few hours on 8/2 for an oil change, recall notice and an issue with my car alarm volume. The first 2 were taken care of, bu I left my car there for a few hours on 8/2 for an oil change, recall notice and an issue with my car alarm volume. The first 2 were taken care of, but they didn't take the time to open up the alarm box under the back bumper to see why my alarm all of a sudden got much lower. The chirp is barely audible on a busy street. They wrote it off as "could not duplicate customer's concern as described". Unfortunately I did not notice this comment on my invoice until I got home (having to pay the bridge toll twice that day), and no one came out to explain anything to me when I came to pick up my car. They didn't even tell me where my car was parked, I had to search for it in the lot. I wish they would have said something about not fixing the issue, because now I have to make another appointment and take the time to go back. Very frustrating when you have a busy schedule. I took a day off work to get this stuff done. More

Great Honda Dealer in NJ When I am looking to buy new Honda Cr-V Daurin helped me to get great deal.I came on Saturday just to look at what are my options but ended up buying When I am looking to buy new Honda Cr-V Daurin helped me to get great deal.I came on Saturday just to look at what are my options but ended up buying new car on Monday itself i.e. just 2 days. Overall DCH academy honda guys are honest , upfront and friendly. Daurin put before me good deal on Saturday but I am not ready to make commitment on same day as we are still not sure about color of car. Came back Monday with family and DCH academy still honored the same deal. I would highly recommend this dealership over other in NJ. Thank you Daurin and DCH academy honda for your great service.
