I went to 3 other places prior to buying my car at DcH honda and I was 100 % sure that I wanted to purchase a vehicle but DCH service was so superb that I decided to purchase without a hesitation. Rashed gave me tour and did comparisons of other cars. He was very knowledgable about the features and pinpointed risks vs benefits with each car. I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car and he was very patient. I've been to multiple dealers and I've seen dealers be very pushy, aggressive , and so desperate to make a sell. Rashed was the total opposite. He was patient, gave me room to think and truly gave me informed consent. I would definitely recommend dch old bridge. I couldve purchased a car from open road honda which is 5 minutes a way from me but I didnt because I really enjoyed the service at DcH. John Q was excellent and he explained everything thoroughly.. I've purchased cars in the past but didnt know what I was really signing up for but john Q was very thorough and truly explained things well. Hes funny, positive and a great person to talk to. More
