Exactly what I needed I was in search of a CPO Honda Civic, and found one on DCH's website for a great price. Both Lisa and Cassandra reached out to me quickly and I was ab I was in search of a CPO Honda Civic, and found one on DCH's website for a great price. Both Lisa and Cassandra reached out to me quickly and I was able to hold the vehicle for a $500 deposit. The dealer was about an hour and 15 minutes away from my home, so it was a bit of a drive. When my fiancé and I arrived at the dealer, Cassandra was very busy with other customers but she still made sure we got the keys to the Civic and were able to test drive with another salesperson. Afterwards she found an open desk for us and got us started on the paperwork so that we could expedite the process a bit wouldn't have to wait until she was finished with the other client. We ended up being there for 5 hours, but it was well worth it. The entire staff was great, and Cassandra was so friendly and accommodating. We didn't feel pressured to do anything, and they worked with us on the price as much as they could. It turned out to be a long day between the drive to and from the dealer as well as the time it took to complete the purchase, but I have no regrets and left very happy. More

After an extensive search and countless disappointments, I ended up visiting DCH Academy Honda of Old Bridge, NJ. After arriving, I encountered a young salesman named Agustin Olivera. He was eager and quite respectful. He asked what type of vehicle, I was interested in as he offered my wife and I a bottle of water. He then offered me the opportunity to test drive any vehicle on the lot. After answering all of my concerns and questions, I ended up making a purchase on the spot. He introduced me to Paul Papis, who handled the financing. He was thorough and worked magic. This dealership was top notch. Agustin Olivera, displayed a very calm demeanor in his desire to sell us a car. However, at no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase. He even repeated his desire to make us happy, with the purchase and showed me some vehicles multiple times for comparisons. He explained in detail every question my wife and I had regarding the vehicles. Agustin Olivera, was very knowledgeable from the start to the final sale. He even called and e-mailed me to ask how things were coming the next day. I was so impressed with Agustin Olivera, that I decided to return to DCH Academy Honda, in Old Bridge, NJ., to look for a second vehicle, to purchase, three weeks after my first. Again I requested Agustin Olivera. After arriving, I was advised that he was, not at work. It was then that I realized that there was another couple there to see him as well. The manager offered me another salesman. However, I advised him that I'd rather would deal with Agustin Olivera. He replied that, he will be in tomorrow. I left my name and ask that he advise Agustin, that I would return the next day. The next day I returned and yes, I was able to drive off the lot with my second car in three weeks. I credit this purchase to the fact that Agustin Olivera, made us feel comfortable about the purchase. This time I utilized the assistance of Finance Officer-Bryan Gamble, who was excellent. He helped to make it affordable. We will have no hesitation in recommending DCH Academy Honda of Old Bridge, NJ. They are exceptionally courteous, efficient, centrally located, friendly, and quite sensitive to customers concerns. A huge standing ovation to Agustin Olivera, Paul Papis, and Bryan Gamble. More
Dealership is good, Salesman is horrifying and rude I was interested in a USED 2016 Sienna, drove all the way from Brooklyn to see the car and arrived at 230pm. Setup an appointment with Meghan, but som I was interested in a USED 2016 Sienna, drove all the way from Brooklyn to see the car and arrived at 230pm. Setup an appointment with Meghan, but somehow got this guy Gerry Bruno. there was no handshake to begin with so i already had a ??? feeling. Told him i had to leave at 4pm and i had my Prius to be appraised, he took my car key and went to look at my car, then comes back and tells me he couldn't find the odometer reading on my car and asked me to go get it for him. I told him what my mileage was and then he tells me that he will have his used car manager appraise my car, so what was the point of going into my car and looking at it? We went to see and test drive the 16 Sienna, but the moment i walked into it, there was a stench and holes on the roof lining. Came back, saw the interior of the car had a lot of markings, but as expected in a used car, but the second row seat had a cigarette bud burn on the seat. I tell the sales guy that the car was probably smoked in before, then he tells me no it wasn't and the cigarette burn on the seat was just another mark. I used to be a smoker so i know what a burn on a chair looks like. Moving along, i told him we are not interested in this 16 car, and he had mentioned there was a 15 in the lot and pointed to where that car was. I went to take a look at it, it was much cleaner that the 16 model so i was asking about the price of the car and went back inside to his sales desk. right away he asks for my id, i gave it to him, he makes a copy of it and asks me how much am i putting down, i'm like what are you talking about? we didn't even talk numbers and he's pushing me to close the deal. he was pushing me to get the 16 sienna when i clearly told him we weren't interested in the car! i asked him whats the best he can do on the 15 given it was a higher model they wanted 5k more for the car, i told him if he could come down 4k, we can talk, but he gets super defensive and asks me how do i sell you a car with more features for a few thousand dollars less. i'm looking at him shocked with my EYES WIDE OPEN. i simply told him, what am i getting for my appraisal of my car? you will need to make it work if you want this deal. This old guy gets even more crazy and says so you just came here to see how much your car would get appraised for? i'm like i drove all the freaking way from Brooklyn, is my tolls and time not money? then he goes and says i'll speak to my manager and see what numbers he can come up with. Sitting there boiling while waiting for him was not an option, i got up and walked over to him and his manager and i said "Hey Gerry", he immediately cuts me off and tells me, just sit down at my desk and i'll be right there. i said, i'm not interested in your the car, he then asks me again, oh you didn't want the 16, but whats wrong with the 15? i'm like my wife dont like it, and he still persist and goes rambling on about why doesn't she like it. i'm like good bye...
