We had already settled on the Honda Odyssey and from the time we were welcomed into the front door of the dealership to our interaction with John Q Mitchell, we were treated very warmly, with respect, and he really took his time to explain the different features on each model of the Honda Odyssey which helped us to settle on the exact model we wanted to purchase. Honestly, we had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day, but John Q’s warm, friendly, and professional and cheerful demeanor won us over and we ended up leasing a Honda Odyssey that day!!!! I will be referring everyone I know friends and family, colleagues, and total strangers to Academy Honda because of John Q Mitchell!!! He is a real class act and a very valuable asset at ACH.
