I had reached out to DCH Academy Honda through their internet sales associate Mark Katamoy about matching a price on a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring AWD I I had reached out to DCH Academy Honda through their internet sales associate Mark Katamoy about matching a price on a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring AWD I had found at Open Road Honda. Mark was very friendly and prompt in replying to my email also confirming that their dealership could match the price no games just a straight forward 'YES' which I like. Mark helped me set up a time to meet him at the dealership the same day later in the afternoon and that's when I was introduced to Jahlil who made the deal happen for us. Mark and Jahlil again explained that they would honor the price quote we had emailed about without any hesitant or trickery that one might be used to at dealerships. Jahlil was very patient in walking through the cars features and sat in for the test drive. After he gave us the leasing options we had requested, we quickly made a deal. Jahlil was quite clear with all the paperwork yet quick with getting all the signatures needed for the deal. I was in and out of the dealership within two hours ( up until closing time, sorry guys! ). I'm very happy with the smooth transaction and the car delivery experience at DCH.
