Gerry and manager Pete worked with us on negotiating the Honda Pilot we wanted for the price we needed to be at. They handled the negotiation without undue pressure or stress. Further, they did not make us feel embarrassed or come off as insulted because we needed to be at a specific price but acted professionally and respectfully in reaching their bottom line while working to meet ours in coming to a mutual agreement.
