Car buying experience So I came into the dealer on a Tuesday night and was immediately greeted my Bryan. We were there looking at the Honda hrv for my wife and Bryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the car. We were there maybe 2 hours if that between test driving and going over paperwork. However we (my wife) couldn't bring herself to settle on a car with gray interior she wanted all black and they didn't have the color combo she wanted to Bryan told us he would locate a vehicle for us and he did. 2 days later he called us to let us know he was driving and hour away to another dealer to pick up the car my wife wanted and that it would be available later that night. Now that's customer service. Bryan is a great dude and would definitely recommend him. More

When I initially came in for a test drive (I was still comparing cars and was not ready to buy), Sales associate Michael was a pleasure to work with. Michael spent plenty of time with me on the test drive, answering my questions and demonstrating Android Auto on the test car (with my own phone). No hard sell. When I was ready to buy on my next visit, he and his manager gave me an excellent price (with a little bargaining) and that was that. The entire dealership exuded friendliness (well, maybe not the finance person), as opposed to other dealerships that I visited during my car shopping period. More
