Quick and to the point On 3/18/17, I decided to go through Internet department to make a purchase to avoid the hassle of having to spend hours in a dealership only to be toy On 3/18/17, I decided to go through Internet department to make a purchase to avoid the hassle of having to spend hours in a dealership only to be toyed with. Kylie was an amazing internet rep. I knew what I wanted and the amount I wanted to spend. After a few hours via email, Kylie was able to get me the out the door price which I was able to compare to other dealerships. DCH gave me the best price (compared to Planet Honda and Rt. 22 Honda) and there was no hassle or stress related to pricing. Kylie garunteed my rate with no surprises and I was able to go to DCH to make my purchase. When I arrived at the dealer, I was first met by Ron, who linked me up to Kylie so that she could provide all the paperwork. Ron then assisted us by going straight to the point and getting all the paper work done. He went over colors of the vehicle and we made our choice. Ron went over all other add-ons, but did not pressure when we declined add-ons. He then got the car prepped and linked us to financial manager. Financial manager, Paul, then concluded the deal with us. The transaction was painless and all questions regarding what I was signing was answered. Ron then met with us again to provide us with the key and showed us the accessories of the vehicle despite being their closing hours. Ron set up the Bluetooth and explained other features. I was then able to drive off with my new 2017 HRV LX. I left the dealership feeling that I received a good bargain with no hassle. The only minor complaint is that there are no dealership perks unless you purchase them (i.e. free oil change, car wash, etc). I definitely recommend DCH, especially going through the Internet department. Veterans and USAA members are treated well here and I truly feel that I got a good deal when comparing price ranges on TrueCar, Edmunds, and Kelley's Blue Book. I look forward to future business with this organization again. More

Mechanics need to learn how to check oil. I decided to go to the dealership to get the Oil changed on my daughters 2014 CRV. The dealership gave me a print out on items that needed Future Attention. So curious I looked at the items. A couple of the items they NEVER looked at. Some of the fluids were low. the air filters were dirty and They claimed I needed tires. I found out later the tire that Honda put on my daughters car from the factory were over 2 years old. The tires I can not fault the dealership. BUT not checking the fluids (which they claim) and air filters is unacceptable. I know all the tech. does is look at the mileage but I specifically asked them to check them. I have had my issues in the past with this dealership but I gave them a third chance ( shame on me) From now on, I will bring my car to my local gas station. More
