We were looking for a Honda-CRV Ex AWD. Bryan greeted us professionally and made sure we were seated comfortably, as he was attending to another customer. We didnt have to wait long. He took us for a test drive. Showed us all the features both during the drive and while at DCH. Patiently answered all our concerns. Even helped us get the right pricing after speaking to his manager. Bryan is a Professional. Very knowledgeable and highly customer focussed. Values time. Pretty nice experience. Bryan was the only one willing to help me out when I came late after work on a Friday night. (Came 20 minutes to closing). Very down to earth, perfect Bryan was the only one willing to help me out when I came late after work on a Friday night. (Came 20 minutes to closing). I was able to work a nice deal on a Accord hybrid and also the sales manager got me in some nice deals on the extras for the car (warranties, etc). Made sure my car was clean, full tank and even offered to help how the car worked which I just wanted to learn more on my own (I like learning my new purchases). Very nice experience at this dealer and would recommend. Downside - Wish I was told upfront about the pre installed options that came with the car before negotiating price more honesty would be appreciated. More
