Walter Donnelly helped me a lot to finilize my first car. He has a good knowledge of his job and he knows how to help people get into comfort zone and get their queries and concerns resolved. As mentioned it is my first car and I assume if it would not have been Walther I would have gone empty handed from here as well. But thanks to him I have my first car. Thanks DCH Honda.... More

Top Notch from beginning to end We had a great experience with DCH Academy Honda of Old Bridge. I was looking for a Honda pre owned and certified. I was referred by Jahlil Coleman to check out the pre ownd at this facility. We checked cars online so I knew what I was looking for. I called and spoke with Mark and he checked to see the car was still available and made an appointment for us. We met with Nico De Magalhaes and the car was there and available. We went over everything, checked the car, went for a ride and signed the paperwork. Then we met with David Mazurek regarding the finances and we were in and out with our "new" car within 2 hours. Great Dealership, Great Salesman and Amazing Car I wanted to sincerely compliment DCH Academy Honda and especially their outstanding salesman Luis Fernandez on just a great overall job in helping me I wanted to sincerely compliment DCH Academy Honda and especially their outstanding salesman Luis Fernandez on just a great overall job in helping me and my wife with our car buying needs. When we went into the dealership, we weren't pressured or bothered by anyone, Luis took his time to understand our needs and concerns and was very knowledgable and thorough in answering any questions we had. He let us test drive both the 2016 Honda Civic and Accord and explained the differences in both cars and what their value would be to us. I felt he was honest and upfront about everything and it was a great experience when we first met him. We didn't buy or lease right then and there but we kept in touch with him, he didn't pressure us or use nonsense sales tactics to get us into the door and eventually when I leased a new 2017 Honda Civic EX he was just fantastic. The lease was unreal and what he threw in there for us was incredible, so many free services, so many things explained but the kicker was what they did for me with my old car. I leased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata that had a lot of damage to the outside and had no time to get it fixed so I knew that I might pay a hefty fee by Hyundai for this. We worked out a deal where Honda literally fixed my old car, which they would never sell for me for free. This saved us 1500-2k!!!! Unbelievable. They didn't have to do that and saved us thousands and have earned out business. Please go see Luis for all of your car buying needs. I'm so at peace with my car, lease and how it all went down that if it stays this way, we will be customers for life. Sorry for the length but it was all important to note. More
