Each time I request a quote from Mark Kamatoy, he is always prompt and courteous and this is the only dealer in the area that actually provides an e-mail breakdown of the fees and taxes. There were no surprise or errors being made, no bait and switch tactics being utilized here. Just pure straightforwardness and promises that were delivered on time. Mark handed off my internet deal to Joseph Guzzo who does his very best to ensure the deal goes as smoothly as possible with no sales pressure tactics of buying any extras. Both Mark and Joseph truly listen to the customer needs and desires. They do not push existing inventory onto the customer. They do the right thing by only getting a vehicle that the customer wants. I know this is hard to believe but other dealers do not always follow this. Other dealers only push existing inventory and try to avoid the locate. This has been my 2nd interaction with Joseph and he puts the customer at ease. He is informative and is patient with the customer throughout the entire sales process from demonstration of the features of the car. Both Mark and Joseph are examples of how to interact with customers. With courtesy, respect and professionalism. This is why they have earned my repeat business.
