Makes auto buying easy. I was met by a very nice receptionist who created a very pleasant environment which lasted through my entire visit. Ron Rajnai , a representative I was met by a very nice receptionist who created a very pleasant environment which lasted through my entire visit. Ron Rajnai , a representative , met me, led me to his office and we talked about my auto needs. I knew about what I wanted so we test drove two 2016 Civic sedans, one with Turbo, one without. When we got back Ron explained and answered all my questions in a forthright, simple , easy to understand manner. I decided on an auto and Ron made the obligatory trip to the manager to get me the best price. He came back with a dandy (based on lowest internet prices ) and I bought the car. Now the fun began. Paperwork & financing. Ron's help and BEING THERE DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS made it quick as possible and painless. When I got home I realized I didn't like the color, so I contacted Ron and asked him to change the car. This is not easy. Tons of paperwork, and physical work had to be done. Bur Ron did it. He was great. I'm not the best customer in the world and Ron had the patience and understanding to make me feel secure in dealing with DCH Academy.
