Great car buying experience!!! My car buying experience was great here. I went in for a new Honda pilot and changed my mind to Honda accord. Even within Honda accord I kept switching between different models and customizations but the sales person (Dimitrios) was very patient and guided me throughout. I got a good deal on a new car, good value for my trade in and even the car financing rate was awesome (0.9%). Even my credit union couldn't beat that. But here's the best part. I had forgot to check employee pricing. Employee pricing was $1000 lesser than what I had paid for the car. So 2 days later when I reached out to them about It via email. They immediately called me to let me know that they will try to do their best to match it and a few hours later they agreed to reimburse $750. I had no hope of getting anything but was happy that they honored it. It's good to see that they believe in providing a great customer experience. More

I brought my 2003 Odyssey to DCH ACADEMY Honda for service and I have been completely satisfied with DCH Academy Honda's Service Department ever since. I have just had another excellent salesperson ENRIQUE CASTANETA when purchasing my 2015 Odyssey EXL. . I would highly recommend ENRIQUE CASTANETA if you are looking to purchase or explore a new Honda. ENRIQUE CASTANETA was not pushy, he listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and clearly pointed out my choices, at NO time did he try to push any extra items or different models, yet at the same time he was very informative of any questions I asked of him.
